Returns Policy:
At Red Carpet Boutique, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience possible. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer an exchange within our 7-day return policy. This means that you have 7 days from the receipt of your item to request an exchange and return the order to us for an exchange or credit (*excluding non-returnable items).
Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund or replacement for a major fault with a product.
Please note that certain types of items cannot be returned, including gift cards, special orders, sale/clearance items, or personal care items such as adhesive or intimate wear. Items purchased with store credit as payment are final sale and non-returnable.
We inspect all products thoroughly before shipping, but items on sale/clearance may have imperfections due to being floor stock. Any information about imperfections will be clearly stated in the description, and all sale/clearance items are final.
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, including being unworn, unused, unaltered, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt as proof of purchase.
If you are eligible for a store credit, it can be used on any item and is valid for six months. Any original freight/handling cost will be deducted from your store credit. Items purchased with store credit as payment are final sale and non-returnable.
Please note that most of our dresses are sized in USA sizing according to each designer’s size guidelines. Therefore, the size you usually wear in AU may not be the size you would wear in a dress from our site. To ensure the best fit, we recommend viewing our 'How to Measure Video' and using our Size Finder located on all of our product pages according to the Designer's Size Guidelines.
