At Red Carpet Boutique, we offer Special Orders for items that are not currently in stock at our Melbourne Boutique but can be ordered in other sizes and colors to suit your occasion. Please note that once you place your order, the allocated size, color, and style cannot be changed or returned. A strict 50% cancellation fee applies if you choose not to proceed with your original order for any reason, and any remaining amount will be issued as a store credit.
We closely monitor all of our Special Orders and prioritize those that have events approaching soon. While delays are rare, they can occur out of our control in the final weeks of your delivery time. In the event of any delay with your order, we will contact you immediately.
The delivery time for Standard Special Orders is up to 18 weeks for production, plus shipping time to your door. For Rush Priority Special Orders (a fee applies), production can take from 2-8 weeks, plus shipping time to your door.
